2015 Trek Domane 4.3 Disc (Special Purchase!)

Here's why you really want this bike-

- Incredible price on a carbon Trek road bike with '105 11-speed components
- TRP cable-activated hydraulic disc brakes!
- Chain Reaction's build quality and fitting
- AWESOME "El Nino" bike

Every year we look for something really amazing to offer our customers at the end of the season. This bike is a no-brainer. A disc brake road bike below the cost of similar bikes with "regular" brakes! Plus it's already equipped for the hills with a wide-range rear derailleur and 11-32 cassette.

Why do you want disc brakes on a road bike? Maybe you've ridden in the rain and would like brakes that work. These do! Maybe you're more cautious than most when descending and want brakes that save your rims and don't overheat your tires. These are the ticket! Maybe you enjoy white-knuckle descents but would like a bit more margin for error at high speeds? Again, this is the answer.

One of the best features about these particular disc brakes is their ease of maintenance. No frequent bleeding of the brakes to keep them working great; the only hydraulic fluid is at the actual brake mechanism, greatly reducing the likelihood of contamination. And yet they work awesome, more like a full-hydraulic brake than pure cable-activated. I installed these brakes on my own high-end Boone 'Cross bike and love them. You will too! And now you can read the "canned" information on this awesome bike below. Mike Jacoubowsky, Partner, Chain Reaction Bicycles

Trek's Domane 4.3 Disc offers unmatched ride quality, comfort and quickness. This full carbon road machine is graced with race-winning Trek technology like IsoSpeed and an endurance geometry to make it a true ride-all-day rocket. It masters long, epic rides with ease while delivering unrivaled speed and bump compliance. The 4.3 rolls on a precision-shifting Shimano 105 drivetrain with compact cranks for easier climbing. Through axles front and rear give you serious corner-carving ability, and the hydraulic discs deliver impressive stopping power. Plus, you get quality Bontrager components including aluminum wheels, bar and stem, and a carbon post. Uncompromisingly fast, confidently stable, sublimely comfortable, the Domane 4.3 Disc has it all!

I've had my bike for less than a week,(1st road bike in 30 Years) and have truly enjoyed the ride. The bike makes the rough roads a breeze to ride. It is my second Carbon Fiber bike(other is a MTB). Love the STI shifters, and the Disk Brakes grab and stop the bike quickly and affectivly. Looking foward to a lot more riding.
